Now he is tweeting that what he mean that it will be different when he is in charge. Well that is what you meant, not too card to convey. Doesn't sound like that what he meant, more like T(*($06 I sc(rewed. And so many of his responses are gobbly gook and not real coherent, off topic.
And,, he finally admitted that indeed he does not know Putin, he said he's known him for years.
