Hi! My cousin has an online shop. She uses social media to sell her stuffs. I suggested her business would be better if she has her own website. Me and my big mouth! She's now asking for my help in building one. I don't really know how to do it. A friend once told me that free websites have lesser options. What do you think? Is it expensive to hire someone?
