I had some broccoli that needed to be used up (one of those why did I buy so much moves) so I made a Broccoli Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing from Budgetbytes.com.
I knew I needed to use up the broccoli, and that day I clicked on her site and saw the recipe. And since I had most of the ingredients I decided to give it a try. I didn't follow it exactly but it did have broccoli in it. :)
Some of the other ingredients: red onion, carrots, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds....
I typically roast broccoli so a cold salad was a nice change.
