Excellent
- strawberries and cream bars - Shauna Sever's blog - cooked base for 21 minutes – perfect
- Flag Cake - SK blog - this was DELICIOUS! I made it in an 13×18 pan, which was the perfect size and height – i baked it for 25 minutes. I did the frosting recipe x 1.5, but next time would do it x2. HUGE hit!
- Tomato green chile seafood stew – Annie's Eats - excellent, made without epazote
Very Good
- Zucchini Bread - Dunk and Crumble blog - thought the one from Twopeas was better
- Blueberry cream cheese muffins - Spiced life via this board - thought others were better but these were very good
- Baked zucchini sticks with her marinara sauce - Skinnytaste - loved
- Crispy tilapia fingers – Once upon a chef - made a TON, froze the rest raw. Made ½ the lemon sauce
- Strawberry fool – NY Times - very good, try with yogurt next time?

- Spicy kale stir fry - Cookie and Kate - too spicy

- Roasted cauliflower - Fine Cooking - make without the sauce
- Zucchini Bread - two peas - make with 1 cup of chocolate chips instead of coconut, bake 45 minutes
- Farro and chickpea kale salad - BHG - twice the kale and tomatoes, half the olive oil
