A bunch of people from our supper club got together for a last minute dinner. This FN dish, Thai Chicken with Carrot-Ginger Salad, was the main. We all thought the chicken was very good, and I thought the carrot salad was a bit too tart (perhaps we added too much lime, add sugar?, agave?).
