I cannot grow zucchini - they refuse to grow in my yard...well the plant and blossoms grow beautifully...but never a single zucchini! Two days ago DH came home with 2 monster zucchini from someone at work...guess they grow very well in his yard!! So now...suggestions/recipes on what to do with them please???? And, just to be clear, it is not just zucchini that don't produce in my yard, I happen to know for a fact that butternut and spaghetti squash plants are beautiful...:( just not prolific...
