Favorite ways to use cashew butter?

I just bought a jar of cashew butter and for those that buy it -- what are your favorite ways to use it? I've never had it, but I love cashews.

I know it can certainly be subbed for other nut butters. To start, I can see trying it in something like a peanut sauce (well with cashew butter : ) since I'm a fan of peanut noodles, satay ..... but I'd love some new ideas to try too.
