Any favorite breakfast burrito recipes that you can freeze, or other ideas?

I would like to add some quick breakfasts (or good for anytime for that matter) to the freezer. I almost always just have yogurt or cereal, but it would be nice to have something different.

I froze some black bean and corn quesadillas for quick dinners that I thought were great and super convenient, in fact, I wish I had some left for dinner tonight. I thought I would try some freezer things for breakfast.

If you have other breakfast meals that you freeze, I'd love that too.

I've tried freezing eggs that you bake in muffin tin, but they were just ok. It could be the recipe or the fact that I probably didn't follow that closely.

Oh, looking for something that you can freeze for individual servings.
